What is your turn around rate for visuals?The maximum time for visuals is two weeks. Some visuals may take longer depending on the film project.

Do all visuals require contracts?Yes every visual will require a signed contract. Contracts are to be signed once client agrees to the terms and consitions of service. Once contract is signed and emailed back to videographer, an invoice is sent for client to pay a non-refundable deposit.

What if I need additional editing/revisions?Once a video is complete the client is allowed one revision free of charge. Any additional changes will add an additional fee

How long will you keep the footage?JT Visuals will only hold the footage that is filmed for 3 months

Who creates the concept for the visual?Client's normally have a concept idea for their visual. However if a concept is needed from the videographer client must book videographer prior to videographer sharing concept visual ideas.

What kind of camera do you film with?JT Visuals films with canon and sony

How is payment processed?Payment is processed through an invoice sent to you through email. A non refundbale deposit is required prior to booking, The remaining balance must be paid the day of the shoot.

What payment methods do you use?An invoice will be emailed to client to pay for video service. Alternative payment methods are cash and a receipt will be provided, zelle or paypal. No Cash app!
